Sony has finally revealed its next-gen console, i.e. PlayStation 5. On June 11, Sony announced a few games in a showcase event.

Moreover, we know that the system will consist of black-and-white boxes. It shares the same colour scheme with its DualSense Controller.

PS5 Release Date

You need to hold your horses!

A release date has been confirmed by Sony for late 2020, i.e. Holiday 2020. Hence, you should expect the PS5 release date to be in between October and December.

Apart from the PS5 release date, Sony also revealed the innovative design and latest games including Tom Clancy’s Rainbow Six Siege and the newest version of Demon’s Souls

Sony will be releasing this next-gen console at the end of 2020 putting it in direct competitions with Xbox Series X which is also going to be released in the same time window. A leak has suggested that PS5 will be released on November 20, 2020.

A leak suggested that the price of the PlayStation 5 will be nearly $499. This news might be just a rumour. Sony hasn’t revealed the official price yet. You need to wait!

Therefore, the price would be $150-$200 more than the current consoles, i.e. PS4 and PS4 Pro.
